HiTEC® 18933DN is a multifunctional, heavy-duty, diesel fuel additive for winter use, designed for adequate fluidity when stored above -5°F (-21°C). It is formulated with a proprietary blend of components that delivers superior CFPP performance, improved low temperature handling and excellent wax anti-settling performance. It also includes a glycol ether deicer for freeze-up protection and removal of “free water”.

HiTEC® 18933DN is safe for use in heavy-duty, diesel powered equipment for on-road, off-road and marine use. It should be added to the storage tank prior to each delivery to ensure a homogeneous additive/fuel mixture. As with any fuel additive, exercise care by handling HiTEC® 18933DN in well ventilated areas while wearing proper eye and skin protection. Refer to MSDS for more specific information. Product is classified “combustible” not “flammable”.

This product qualifies for the USA EPA 40CFR80.591A certification meaning the product contains <15 ppm sulfur.

Recommended  Dosage

HiTEC® 18933DN

is recommended for use at 1 gallon per 3,000 gallons of diesel fuel. Double and even triple dosing may be required in extremely cold conditions. It has been specifically formulated for today’s ULSD, LS, HS and Biodiesel fuel blends. Please contact your Afton Chemical representative for specific recommendations .
